Born into a multicultural family, with a Spanish mother who grew up during the Franco dictatorship and an Argentine father whose family fled Mussolini's Italy, Goyo was raised between the farmlands of Madrid and the suburbs of New Jersey. This upbringing shaped his passion for cultural insight, community building, and human wellness.

Goyo lives in the New York City metropolitan area with his wife, Gema, and their three daughters.
