Marc Rodriguez is a founding partner of  Texas Lobby Partners, a government relations consulting firm headquartered in Austin, Texas.  In his work Mr. Rodriguez uses his personal experience as an entrepreneur, coupled with specific expertise in public policy, utility regulation, infrastructure, urban affairs and natural resources, to identify and solve his clients' challenges.  Clients also benefit from his expertise as a political advisor, analyst, strategist and tactician.  Mr. Rodriguez has worked on state legislative issues for over  26 years and has a professional history of representing entities with elected and appointed boards.  Additionally, he has coordinated efforts with volunteers, private consultants, and representatives of governmental agencies.  His current clients include Apple, City of San Antonio, CPS Energy, Maverick County, LaMantia Family, North Texas Commission (NTC), Las Vegas Sands, San Antonio Water System (SAWS), Texas Central, United Healthcare, Universal Technical Institute, TikTok and VIA Metropolitan Transit Authority.

He serves as President of TOPE Development, a real estate company and is a Joint Venture partner with Paradeis Largadere at the Austin Airport. Mr. Rodriguez has served on numerous nonprofit Boards of Directors including the Texas Association of Business and the Austin Area Research Organization (AARO), presently Vice-Chairman of Southwest Human Services Corporation. 

Mr. Rodriguez holds a B.A. in Urban Affairs and Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas.  Mr. Rodriguez and his wife Jennifer have four daughters, Alyssa, Bella, Carmen, and Danielle.
