As featured in Politico, the United States Hispanic Business Council is sounding the alarm on New York Governor Kathy Hochul’s proposed 75% wholesale tax on nicotine pouches. In a formal letter, USHBC President & CEO Javier Palomarez warned that the tax would “bolster illicit markets, reduce tax revenue, and force small business owners to close their doors.”
