Cristina Antelo, Ferox Strategies | Made in America
Cristina Antelo didn’t take a traditional path to the Hill. She started on Wall Street, navigating the high stakes world of investment banking at Goldman Sachs and wealth management at J.P. Morgan. Then she made the leap to Washington, trading spreadsheets for policy briefings and power plays.
After earning her law degree and serving as a legal fellow under Senators Hillary Clinton and Tom Daschle, Cristina entered the lobbying world in 2004 hitting the ground running and representing Fortune 500 clients from day one.
Today, she’s the Founder and Principal of Ferox Strategies, a boutique government relations firm trusted by some of the country’s biggest brands. Her work spans financial services, trade, crisis management, tax, infrastructure, and more. Her client list includes names like Disney, Microsoft, Walmart, and Eli Lilly. And her reputation? Built on stamina, trust, and follow through.
In 2025, The Hill named Cristina Antelo, alongside her partners at Ferox Strategies, one of Washington’s Top Lobbyists. It’s a recognition not just of results, but of consistency and a fierce work ethic that hasn’t slowed down since her first day on the Street.
As Legislative Co-Chair of the United States Hispanic Business Council (USHBC), Cristina brings that same focus to the issues that affect small businesses across the country. She knows how policy gets made and how to make it work for the people who power the economy.
“Cristina’s integrity, hustle, and ability to navigate complex policy with real-world outcomes make her one of the most respected advocates in Washington today.” - Javier Palomarez, President & CEO, USHBC
