Javier Palomarez, USHBC President & CEO, Welcomes Massey Villarreal as Co-Chair of Advisory Board
WASHINGTON, DC, UNITED STATES, August 13, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ --The United States Hispanic Business Council (USHBC) has been recognized as one of the leading advocates for the small business community. As part of this advocacy, the USHBC maintains a growing board of advisors that inform decisions, strategy and operations. Massey Villarreal, President & CEO of Precision Task Group (PTG), represents the latest addition to the USHBC Advisory Board.
Mr. Villarreal leads PTG, a technical systems integration firm, delivering business solutions to clients across the public and private sectors. Beyond the company, he has built one of the most extensive service records in American business advocacy, having led the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce, and the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He has also chaired both the Texas Association of Business (TAB) Foundation and the TAB Board, and currently sits on the board of directors of the Greater Houston Partnership. He has been named one of the 100 Most Influential Hispanics in the U.S. by Hispanic Business Magazine and one of the 100 Most Influential Hispanic Republicans by Newsweek.
Javier Palomarez, USHBC President & CEO, released the following statement on behalf of the organization.
“We’re proud to welcome Massey Villarreal as a Co-Chair of the USHBC Advisory Board. Massey has spent his career at the intersection of enterprise and public service, building a technology company from the ground up while shaping economic development policy at the local, state, and national levels. Very few people in this country can say they have chaired an organization at all three of those levels. Massey was one of the first, and that record speaks to a lifetime of showing up for the business community when it mattered. His leadership and selflessness will greatly empower our organization and by extension our community.”
Palomarez continued:
“Massey knows what small business owners are up against because he has lived it. Meeting payroll, competing for contracts, and growing a firm without the advantages the largest players take for granted. He has also sat on the boards and commissions where decisions about access to capital, procurement, and economic opportunity are made, and he has consistently used that seat to make sure small firms were not an afterthought. That combination is rare, and it is exactly what our members need in the national dialogue. Massey is a preeminent leader in the Hispanic and small business communities and we are delighted to welcome him to the USHBC family.”
